According to SafeWise, Liberty Lake ranks as Washington’s fifth safest city.
SafeWise, an independent review website, issued their fifth annual Safest Cities report earlier this month which compared violent crime and property crime rates for 76 Washington cities.
Liberty Lake previously held the ninth place; moving up the rankings by four positions in 2019.
The next closest Washington city to make the top 20 was Pullman at No. 8. Neighboring Washington cities did not appear in the top 20; with Spokane Valley at No. 33 and Spokane at No. 71.
Across the state line, Post Falls ranks No. 9 and Coeur d’Alene ranks No. 20 out of 23 Idaho cities.
