Accessibility statement
Everyone should be able to search for a home and learn about a community. This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Semantic HTML with landmarks, headings and a skip link
- Full keyboard support, with visible focus indicators
- Text and interface colors that meet contrast requirements, in light and dark mode
- Respect for your reduced-motion setting
- A list view for every map, and data tables behind every chart
- Form errors that are announced and tied to their fields
How we test
We check pages with automated tools (axe and Lighthouse) and by keyboard alone. The site is built to work in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.
Known limitations
- Listing data. Listing photos and descriptions come from the MLS and listing brokerages, and some photos don't have detailed descriptions. Ask us about any property and we'll tell you what you need to know.
- Maps. Map tiles come from a third-party service. Everything shown on a map is also available in the list view.
