What we collect

When you submit a form we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message, plus the page and listing you were viewing. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent spam.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and help with your real estate questions. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to mailing lists without asking. Form messages reach us by email through SendGrid, a delivery service that handles them only to deliver them.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets one session cookie so forms can be submitted securely. It does not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

To see how many people visit and which pages they read, the site counts page views on its own server. No outside analytics service is involved, no cookie is set and your IP address is not stored. Each visit is recorded with the page, the site you came from, the kind of device and any home search you typed, plus a code that changes every day, so a visitor can be counted once per day but not recognized later. These records are deleted after 25 months.

Maps

Map tiles are loaded from OpenFreeMap, which receives your IP address when the map loads, as any web server would.
